The Clinton Indian Health Clinic is providing free dental screenings to all students. Please look for the permission slip in your child's folder. All students should return the form to the school. If you DO NOT wish for your child to receive this service, check the box next to DO NOT... at the bottom of the form and return it to school.  I am attaching the form below, so that you know what to look for in your child's folder. The screenings will take place on April 3rd.
