WHS Graduation

Watonga High School Class of 2020 Graduation Ceremonies will be held at the football stadium on Saturday, June 6, at 10:00 a.m. Families and friends of the graduates will be seated on the football field. Each student will be limited to 10 reserved seats on the field. Other attendees may seat themselves following social distancing guidelines either behind the reserved seating, or in the visitors’ stands. Graduates will be seated in the home stands.
Class pictures and cap and gown pictures will be held at the football field on Thursday, June 4 (9AM) with Horton’s Studios.

This document provides parents with enrichment activities to keep their children engaged in learning during times in which school is closed. Enrichment at home provides grade-appropriate opportunities to review, continue, and extend learning while we are away from the classroom.

Grab and Go

As I am sure everyone is aware by now, the Oklahoma State Board of Education held an emergency meeting resulting in a mandate that all public schools in Oklahoma close from March 17 through April 6. This is includes all extracurricular activities.

Grab and Go lunch for students will be available for drive thru pick up from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Middle School entrance. The meal service will begin Monday, March 23 and run on weekdays until school is back in session. These meals will be free to all children 18 and under.
